I had an appointment for 5 oclock at the plantation location.. i left home with plenty time but there was an accident that blocked two a the lanes on a street close to home.. so i got at this place at 5:14..i tokd the lady on the front desk i had a delay and she told me that my appoint was cancel.. they have a 10 minutes window rule and i told her i couldnt make it and she declined to take me in without consulting with the optometrist.. i drove 20 miles to get here.. and they couldnt work me in...even that after you check in... read more
The only thing good about American best if you get the insurance if the glasses break but $69.99 for two pair no my glasses was $497.00 and everyone that I know that have glasses from there nobody paid $69.99 a left leg was reading glasses and you could get them from Walmart for a few dollars......
Very friendly & efficient staff. I wasn't sure what to expect going on, but I left pleased. Everyone I encountered was great. The selection for the price is fantastic!
