We walked in, no one greeted as to “someone will be with you shortly”. Walked around for 10 minutes and still no one would help or talk to us. So we turned around and walked out. We went to Eyemart Express down the street and had the best costumer service.
Office was clean, the people were friendly, I was in and out in less than two hours. Nice selection of frames and contacts.
They were super nice & professional
Lesson learned. My frames are now wobbling and i was told they can't adjust them because i didn't purchase an extra plan. Cheap in the beginning means more expensive in the end. First and last time.
I was skeptical to go to America's Best after reading some of the reviews, but it had been years since my last eye exam and I was having difficulty reading print, so I booked an appointment online. Very happy that I did. Busy but organized. Wait times were not extreme between stations. Really liked the doctor. And William, at fitting & payment, was a pleasure to deal with. As long as service stays like this, I'll be a repeat customer.
Worst customer service I have ever received. Had to wait over an hour after scheduled appointment time. No apologies. Told my contacts would be order and ready in 1 week. Called after 2 weeks - told it takes up to 3 weeks. No apologies. Called again after 3.5 weeks. Placed on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up. Called again. Finally found out contacts still are not in. Asked to have the manager call me. We shall see......
I had no issues with booking an appointment. I love that they offer online booking as well. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out so fast! My exam was very thorough. They have so many cute glasses to choose from and you just can’t beat the price! Thank you for taking such good care of me.
The service was quick but efficient and super helpful. Their pricing is better than any place I’ve ever been beforehand, and I don’t have eye care insurance. I will be going here from now on, no question.
