The eye doctor himself was great. I do not wish to say publicly about my experience with the rest.
Glasses are very cheaply made. Cannot keep them clean to save my life. It's not $69.99 for 2 pair, it's $69.99 each. I wasted $300 bucks! I'm sure I didn't get the lenses I paid for. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If I could give zero stars and still write a review I would. My boyfriend and I went to this store on 7/8/17 to make an appointment. We spoke with Michelle. She asked for his name, date of birth, address and phone number. She proceeded to make him an appointment on 7/15/17 @ 9:50am. When we showed up Michelle proceeded to tell us that he was not in the system and there was no appointment. I went to the plantation office and just loved it. Everyone was very friendly and I actually got some answers to questions about my glasses. Very relaxed atmosphere will definitely recommend and go back.
Worst service ever we got sent to the wrong address and when we called to let them know what happen they refused to see us and was very rude about it. Not to metion we drove over 2hrs.We will not recommend americas best to anyone. And we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I made an appointment for both contacts and glasses but never got to see the contact fitting that I was promised or free pair of contacts?Now I have to call my regular eye doctor for a contact fitting and contacts until my glasses come in probably the next 2 weeks. Overall I think I will not be going back for another visit next year.. You win some you lose some....
I had an appointment set up when i got their the lady said she didnt have ne in their system wS very rude and was insisted that i lwave and come back another day i told her absolutely not since they are a mile or more of the bus line and im handicapped she was argumentative was ver prejudice against white folk i told her that ill be a walk in then.. with a huff she quickly shoves the clip board in my ha d and say it will be a few hrs before im seen.
