I walked in at 11:30 and was out before 12:30. No appointment, just walked in and was seen pretty much right away. Free exam and 2 nice frames for $200. Sounds like a great deal to me (even with the added fee for special coating) especially without vision coverage. Everyone was super nice! Update: No on sent me an email or a call saying my frames were ready to pickup. I had my exam 9/10. Heard nothing. Finally went in today 10/1 and they were in a drawer apparently ready since 9/25. expecting to pay one price and end up paying completely ridiculous price for glasses for my neice and myself. I'll stick to My regular eye dr. At least there is no surprise. I know they high
Worst customer service I’ve received. First time they messed up the prescription. Go there for the 2nd pair, and they’re worse. Stay away.
