RecommendedI walked in at 11:30 and was out before 12:30. No appointment, just walked in and was seen pretty much right away. Free exam and 2 nice frames for $200. Sounds like a great deal to me (even with the added fee for special coating) especially without vision coverage. Everyone was super nice! Update: No on sent me an email or a call saying my frames were ready to pickup. I had my exam 9/10. Heard nothing. Finally went in today 10/1 and they were in a drawer apparently ready since 9/25. Worst customer service I’ve received. First time they messed up the prescription. Go there for the 2nd pair, and they’re worse. Stay away.
