The "Saving Grace" for this review was the exceptional customer service I received from every single staff member I came in touch with. Now the WAIT was ridiculous! I highly suggest better scheduling! My appointment was at 4pm and I'm still here
It was such a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and informative. It took hardly no time at all for my glasses to be ready. The price is amazing and they are designer frames! I will definitely be going back for more...maybe a pair for every outfit.
