We had a mixed experience. The eye exam went smoothly. We had been there a week before and had selected the glasses that we wanted. The person assisting us after the exam claimed there was no record. HE WAS INEPT! Ida, the receptionist came over when I threatened to walk out and showed him exactly where they were written down. But, we had already spent in inordinate amount of time looking for the ones we selected previously. Jonathan was very incompetent! We will be going to the Waxahachie store from now on. Nancy, I will not bother you with another negative review, but would like the opportunity to perhaps help you with your obvious problem.
Absolutely hated it. People at front didn't know what they were doing and then I go to the back they start telling me 20dlrs extra for some test then they say it's extra if I want to get checked for contacts THEN they say it's extra for my glasses I can't get the 2 pair special....then said my appointment wasn't going to be FREE ANYMORE because i didnt qualify for the 2 pair special. ..I got up and said NO THANK YOU and DO NOT CHARGE me for anything GOODBYE....LIES ALL LIES
I got my prescription in February 2017. I was told my PD was 62. This month I lost my prescription and went to get another. They told me my PD was 63. Weird. Today, I found my old prescription. When I compared the two, they were completely different!!!! I called and explained what happened. I was asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" What? I want you to go to my records and fix it! This location Cedar Hills was not as good with patients as the one in North Dallas all in all the Doctor was the best part of the visit staff need training on customer service. Not rude just don't acknowledge you.
Where do I begin? Customer service sucked from the time I entered the door until I walked out. No one was professional from top to bottom. They all were un-be- wearable. Painted on eye brows that would frighten a monster. Obviously no dental insurance. So very sad. I thought i was being pranked or linked. Cedar Hill has a bad reputation for poor customer service and now after 10 years of hoping things would change.......im done.
