I didn't have a appointment but they got me right in to see the eye doctor and they also didn't break the bank with the prescription they gave me for my eye infection like other places I've been to!! Thanks again

378.00 for ONE pair of glasses because I need bifocals. TWO weeks to get them! Not impressed at all!!
Pretty sure they are the worst! My niece was 1 minute late to her appointment and made her reschedule. After saying we had 10 past the appointment time, and the only reason they had to reschedule was because they took a walk in and were booked up. I'm sorry if you are that busy DON'T take walk-ins. So the people who actually MADE appointments can still have theirs!
Was told that they have to reschedule or appt. after waiting 30 minutes. They say that they have us checked in late. Walked in and a line of people were at the door with absolutely nobody at desk. We checked in late because they aren't doing their job! Worst service ever! Worst customer service ever!!
This particular store should be called Americas Worst!! They have been attempting to get me in a contact lens that suits my prescription for dang near a year!! AND to this date, today included! I've NEVER been called when my contacts were in; I've had to call them every single time, only to be told, 'we'll call you when they are in", but you never do!!! I mistakenly paid for that $99 deal where you can come in as often as you need over a certain period of time and not pay for visit, but today when I pick up my 3rd trial pair... read more
