I went to the location on San Jose in Jacksonville FL. Because I young they decided they would talk to me. I have been up there to get contacts now 3 different times and still do not have contacts. They are rude, nasty and flat out disrespectful. I have reached out so many times and havent gotten no where. They all lie and tell me to come back in there and once i drive there they tell me they don't have a Doctor on site and can sell me anything.

Under staffed. And extremely rude at store 5292. I called about picking up some glasses & got snapped at and hung up on after the woman expressed to me once again that they were under staffed and I told her that she shouldn't take her frustrations out on others & that she wasn't even giving me the right information. She kept reading someone's else's information back to me insisting I had just been in there 5 days prior when that was not the case at all. My wife and I purched glasses and contacts right before covid had started. I decided after trying the trial contacts they gave, that I wouldn't wear the contact. The store had closed for a month or so. When contacting the manager I said I would not be able to come anytime soon because of covid and that I wanted to return the contacts Her reply was font worry about it when you and your wife come in for your next check up and your wife decides to get contacts again we will credit your pirched toward hers. Worst optometrist office I've ever been to in Iowa. A major scam. All very unprofessional and uneducated. From the optometrists to the receptionist to the office staff. It has been two months since my first visit and I still have no prescription, no glasses, and no contacts. I've been waiting for sample contacts to try. Staff is very rude. I've been hung up on, waited for two hours while three different people tried to figure out how to order the samples, and have seen two different doctors because of their ineptness. favoritism n unjustly serving customers Waited 3 hrs before see the doctor.After ask to come to pretest room .throw me out for other customer in the middle of the appointment. Very disappointed will not come back to this location.

Horrible customer service! We had an appointment for 3 weeks and when the store in middle River MD called to confirm, they mistakenly rescheduled us for a store in New Jersey. When we showed up, no customers in the store the 'manager' said she could not accommodate us. FYI there were zero customers in the store. I Bought 6 pairs of glasses for my family in 2021 from this location and was about to buy 3 more..

I have had botched cataract in both eyes, and microdegeneration. There are no expectations. Glasses filled the void, and they look good. I get injections in my right eye. When you walk In there it unexplainable. Paper and questions these are nosey and more important then your free eye exam or the results. Which I never got. I was told to see a low vison specialist. New glasses were not needed. Like you expect me after playing 20 questions taking exam to lay hands on me and be healed. I left in tears

Have gone here for five years. Every year there is a problem with the understanding and explaining the copayment with my insurance. They develop a very quick attitude when you try to discuss it and come off quite rude. I have gone for the last time and will not return or purchase from them again

Worst place I have ever been for eyeglasses and contacts. Contacts wrong prescription. Returned February 13, doctor re-examined. Got new rx, now April 8 and manager is finally ordering them. Supposedly another 3 weeks. No return calls, had to keep calling. Definitely will not be returning.
