The venue is phenomenal!! Unfortunately it's employees are very unpleasant, and have no customer service skills. You can notice they're not happy to work there. They seem to only being there for the pay check, and that reflects one how they treat a paying customers. I have seen employees rolling their eyes at customers who were asking question (no need to remind you that's why they are there). The Adele concert was credit card entry only, something I had never encountered before. That would have been no problem, except that the credit card I used to purchase the tickets, 10 months ago, was stolen. I asked one of the employees what line I should wait in, because of my situation, and he directed me to a line where I waited for 40 minutes, being pushed and cursed at.
