Mana was excellent!!! AAA the best place to enjoy a concert
Worst experience ever upon arrival. I purchased credit card entry in the hopes that it would go smoothly but of course it did not. They had no clue how to scan those tickets and had no organization. I was waiting in line for 45 min and missed the beginning of the show. I have never experienced such miscommunication in my entire concert going life. This was infuriating! I missed the opening act!! Went to Adele! 5 stars for her performance, Amazing show!! However getting in was the worst experience ever. Credit card entry machine didn't work causing me and hundreds of others to proceed to the box office. Just so they could print out tickets for me. Lines were ridiculous to say the least, staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. We went to 3 different gates to get in an hour and a half after arrival. To the amazing staff at American airlines arena for changing our seats to this wonderful location. The seats I purchased a year ago wouldn't accommodate my sitting because of knee replacement surgery I had three weeks ago, I couldn't keep my leg bent that long. Every single employee has gone out of their way to be helpful and courteous. I just want everyone @AAarena to know that all of your kindness has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated.
