Everybody was nice and charming all the time. Good sound.
I went to the bar at halftime to get a drink and they were slow as molasses. The line was long, and there was only 2 people behind the counter making drinks so slow like they had been drinking themselves. I suggest one person to ring up and two making drinks. Otherwise, I enjoyed my court side side seats while watching the Heat vs Knicks game.
Had an amazing night!! This was our first time at the Arena and we will be returning. Thank you for the amazing team you employee that make you feel welcomed.
Parking and traffic are horrible. Concert was great!
Miami is a serious drive from my home. We pulled into the garage ($35) which is highway robbery, but the staff of the AA is absolutely amazing. Everyone was courteous. Helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They are doing something right!
