Stairs were horrible. They had no outside elevators according to gate 5 ticket taker and no escalators. Other than that the facility was clean and workers friendly.
AA Arena is a beautiful building. The only reason why I don't give it five stars is due to the heavy congestion to get in and get out of the parking structure. If you've never been to the arena, gauge an extra hour for unforeseen traffic and crazy Miami drivers...It's a jungle out there.
First time at American Airlines arena. Me and my young son saw the circus. I thought it was beautiful and the staff were helpful and seemed very pleasant. Great experience!
Excelente show, la pase super y el staff y la organizacion estuvo todo al detalle!
