It's a nice unit for a studio. Surprisingly quiet. Too many recent arrivals, wink wink, but they're slowly going away. The property is on track to improve at the rate the tenants do
All the employes of the office are super nice and super consentrated and they quickly solve problems thank them and you for attention
Living here has been a enjoyable experience. The front office staff are pleasant and accommodating and do a great job at resolving any questions and concerns that I may have. The maintenance staff is excellent at responding to repair requests in a timely manner and do a great job of fixing any issues with my apartment. The grounds crews and staff do a wonderful job of cleaning/maintaining the overall property. Thank you for all that you do to make this a great place to live. Keep up the good work!
This is a very nice calm place to live at
New updates but no hot water still is a little bit crazy fall and winter coming soon and i have kids who need hot water to shower in.
