As someone who works in the medical field, I want to reiterate to the multiple negative reviews on here. I was a resident here a bit ago for temporary reasons and it was an absolutely horrible experience. I had neighbors that smoked all types of narcotics and substances including meth, benzos, opiates, mdma, bath salts, heroin, lsd, ketamine, etc. (I know this because the walls are paper thing and anything happening nextdoor I could unwillingly hear including the dealing as I was a very quiet person during my stay) they'd le... read more
I like the quiet
Living here is like starring in your own gritty indie film—gunshots add ambiance, the water heater plays hard to get, and maintenance drops by so often we’re practically roommates. Bonus: the local homelessness scene keeps you humble and socially aware. Sure, it’s chaotic. But it’s my chaos. A perfect five stars for character, suspense, and ice-cold showers.
It's a nice unit for a studio. Surprisingly quiet and roomy. Very nice management and fast with maintenance calls.
