I went in to the America's tire depot on 110 E.Valley Blvd Rialto, CA. 92376 on 11/27/2020 and purchased 2 Continental tires to replace the front tires on my 2009 Ford Flex. This is an older vehicle but it is not neglected and kept up. After returning to pick my vehicle up after 2 hrs I noticed all 4 rims have deep curb rashes and now the vehicle pulls to the right, even the rear rims which were not included in the tire replacement were scratched deeply. I, Mariana, very satisfied with American Tire Depot. My Honda Odyssey 2007 got oil change, 4 tires, front & rear brakes, break flush & alignment done. On my concerns, Rich explained every detail that needed to be done. Al also did great job. I appreciate American Tire Depot professional loyally personnel !!!! I feel more secure driving safe and stable. Five stars because I feel secure on going back & guarantee on my van service *****
