Took my BMW to get new tires and the technician broke my tire pressure sensor Manager said "it never had one" REALLY! I own this car for two years and every-time my tire was flat it alarm and there telling me it never had one. I did see that they removed the valve stems and I called the dealership and they said that the valve stems are the tire pressure sensors. Never again I'll take my car to set service. Looking on contact BBB and the district manager.
Worst service ever! I've never cared to write bad reviews but after the worst customer service at their San Pedro, Ca location I decided I should! I only gave it one star because you have to give it a star to post... But really zero stars
WORST customer service.. Brought our car in to get the brakes looked at and it took them 4 and a half hours to tell us we needed new break pads!!! And another hour and a half to put them on!!!!! AND to top off this horrible experience we were totally over charged!!! So we wasted money and almost a whole day.. I will NEVER set foot in one of these establishments again and I strongly recommend no one else does either
Mchenry location next to Paul Mitchell, this place is great. Honest and high quality, I will be going back and I recommend anyone else to trust them.
