This company is terrible. I purchased 4- 37 inch Mickey Thompson tires from them. One of the side walls blew out completely due to a faulted tire. I went and talked to them.and was told they won't do anything I have to contact mickey Thompson because they don't have them, after they are the ones who ordered them for me and sold them to me. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Nothing is ever there fault.
Im in the middle of a nightmare with the American Tire Depot on Redlands Blvd in Redlands dealing with a 3rd return to get my car repaired after they messed up an oil change. Service has been really bad and I literally had to drive back with my engine smoking. Im so worried they have ruined my car!
You should improve your customer service. Listen to customer and don't argue with them when it's your fault. Be more professional especially the Managers. The manager name Julio in Chatsworth, Granada Hills is a very rude liar unprofessional person. We just came for an oil change he made us wait for an hour and half and he forgot to change the oil filter. If we hadn't ask him he would have never change it. He gave us so many excuses. I've been trying to get a tire replaced for over 6 months because they installed tires that had defects in them (cracks) they kept telling me that it was superficial and that the tires are fine. Now one of the side walls of my tires has started to peel and when I called to make an appointment to have them replaced the place I got the tires is now closed down. I took it to another tire depot and they said they don't even carry that brand anymore. The tires are still under warranty! I've tried calling customer service for help... read more
