American Tire Depot - Downey CA location. Scratched my brand new wheel...took my single wheel and tire here to have the wheel mounted to the tire and balanced. This was to prep for fitment on my vehicle. The techs scratched the $#@&+ out of the center hole. If you care about your vehicle it's best to go elsewhere...take it to a place that cares.
Return calls, customer service is a joke! I've been calling corporate and the local DM for 5 days with no return call.
RecommendedI went to the location in Ondio for an oil change...I was shown that my tires needed to replaced and aligned...great service and a great price. would highly recommend
I stopped by the American Tire Depot in Hemet with my flat tire in the back of my vehicle with a nail in it and asked them to repair it. They were polite and promptly fixed it then put it back on my vehicle and when I asked them for the price, they said "no charge." What excellent customer service and I now know where my new tire and veh. maintenance place is...they earned my future business.
Went to get a flat tire fixed for my trailer and was told the nail damaged the side wall. How would the nail damage the tire that way to make a perfect circle like what they use to grind an area down to repair the flat. Oh and still have all the rubber inside from when they ground the tire inside
Good Service and pretty decent prices
Took our car for service at the Orange location where they took the liberty to steal a professional camera and lens out of its case and now state they are not liable for items left in the car??? Circus clowns run the show and the level of Incompetence at management level is horrific!!! It’s not a service issue, ITS A CRIME!!! No replies at corporate level as they hope we’ll go away but at least I can warn people that they are indeed #criminals and #thieves!! No justos whatsoever!!!
Terrible service and workmanship. They take every opportunity to cut corners and under deliver. Unbelievable. Never again.
