I purchased 10 22.5 kelly tires at their Madera location and all are shredding like if they’re recaps. Spoke with the manager and they claim I have to speak to good year myself to solve that issue . Take your money and go somewhere else and save you a headache .

I bought my last 5 set of titres from American Tire Depot in Modesto Ca, but it seems that they are not how the used to be. When I ordered wheels I was shorted one black lug nut for each wheel. Now they are telling me that they will have to paint chrome lugs because they can't find the black ones. I have been trying to reach someone all day at corporate to discuss and no response. 😩
My friend Michael has been there over 3 times this week every time he picks up his car nect day he has to take it back the next day. This place ribs you of your money and time.
at the Fontana location tires failed to arrive on Tuesday, went on Wednesday to get installed and waited for over an hour.... thought when the raised my car that they where going to finally work on it, but they take off all the nuts and then they go and raise another car and start on it....lack of professionalism here
Got new tires and less than a year they are all separating then went to get them fixed and the guy decided every other person including the phone and ordering parts for cars not even here should come first😡. Bad product bad service!
Do not go to the American Tires on Baseline Street. They are far from professional. They dont care about your time as a customer. They dont take you serious and everything is a joke to them. I will never go back.
Well My daughter went there to get her shocks done over a year ago and they always made noise well the other day we took them to a very good friends shop and come to find out you guys put them on backwards and completely wrong!!!! 🤬and every time in the past when we’ve gone no one knew what they were doing!!!! I stopped by the American Tire Depot in Tulare, CA with a slow leak caused by a screw in my tire. They repaired it, free of charge in about 20 minutes! What an awesome service, thanks guys!
