Ross Epstein provided the most awesome customer service experience! I received a dud optic that shut off with each shot. After reloading the firmware, doing factory resets, etc. I lost faith in the product and wanted to return it. I called and spoke with Ross. He talked me off the ledge and quickly sent me a replacement optic which is working flawlessly. Thanks to Ross I am not only still a customer, but also a raving fan of ATN! Thanks Ross!

Great scope for day or night. The ability to record your hint is a serious plus! 3 of my hunting buddies have purchased one for themselves after seeing mine in action. You can’t go wrong for the money!!
Just ordered my first ATN scope. When my order arrived it was incomplete Ross with costumer service fixed the issue in just a few minutes.

I couldn't figure out why my new scope wouldn't do what it was supposed to so I contacted ATN's tech help, only to find out they'd sent me the wrong scope! S*%! happens. Ross was very helpful in correcting the problem. I am looking forward to getting my new scope as the one I have and am returning is already impressive and it has the less capable processor.

I had a few issues with my Thor 4 (bought refurbished). I followed a fellow hunters recommended advise and emailed gsmith@atncorp.com. He put me in the hands of Ross Epstein (repstein@atncorp.com) for my customer service needs. Ross by far gave me the best customer service experience of my life. Contacted Matt S. over chat feature to answer initial questions about a scope. Later I asked him to call me as I had many more questions and he seemed extremely knowledgeable. We spent about 15 mins on the phone and he won me over with his knowledge, expertise and confidence in the product. He was extremely patient as I asked basic questions and felt that he really cared about getting me to the best match of product to my needs. Terrific customer service !
Ordered the 4k pro 5-20 last night then realized the 3-14 would better suit me today. Called customer service and spoke with Austin. I asked if I could change to the 3-14. He put some work in and got it switched for me. Thankful I didn't have to return for the 3-14 plus saved a few bucks to put into my thermal scanner fund. Thanks for your excellent customer service!
I bought the X-site 4K Pro this year and I finally got out to the range to get it zeroed in. I am absolutely geeked out by the capability of this scope. When I returned home, I entered all if the ballistic data and ran into some questions concerning profile creation. I also had some trouble understanding the Wi-Fi setup. I called customer service and I was extremely pleased with Austin Burton. He took his time and patience to help me through my questions. I am extremely pleased with my optic and their support!
