I contacted ATN after I spilled some coffee on my X-Sight HD. I removed the coffee and dried the front of the scope. I didn’t realized that some of the coffee had seeped past the outer lens. When I removed the sight to clean and store it I found coffee in between 2 lens. There was a film on the lens an some dried coffee. I spoke with a service representative and explained what had happened. He was very understanding and stated that he would send me a shipping label. I would strongly recommend doing business with this company. I recently purchased a ThOR 4 640 4x40x and other accessories to go with it. The ABL 1000 that I purchased prior but never took out of the box and mounted was missing the sunshade. I was hesitant to call and plead my case but once I spoke to Austin Burton, Account Manager, my mind was put at ease.
