RecommendedI purchased a refurbished Thor LT and it was worked out great. I did have an issue with it not recharging but I called Austin Burton with ATN customer service and he set me up with a replacement free of charge. Great customer service and when the product image is exactly what I was looking for in a 1100$ Thermal Scope.

I had Thor HD enter into a loop, called and Ross was extremely helpful with troubleshooting and getting the process started to get the scope repaired. Very good scope and great customer service.

Just wanted to give Austin a shoutout for his awesome customer service he was able to answer everything I threw at him. I have been using the ATN 4K Pro 5x20 and it has been great you just have to keep in mind it’s a computer as well. I’ve mainly used it for coyote hunting at night and to be able to offload my hunts without a computer is one of the best things about it. The customer service is pretty amazing. im not sure if i should name drop so ill just use the first name but Austin certainly gave me a great impression called and in a matter of minutes had a shipping label being sent out. On top of the customer support my thor LT is always one of the first things I show off when someone new comes over and its yet to not leave people with a smile.
