Worst customer service ever!! Been trying to get a respond for almost 6 months, no one respond my calls or emails. Have an scope that doesn’t work and no one get back at me. I had problems with a refurbished Xsight 4k pro. Was dreading calling in to ATN because of the negative stuff I've read about ATN's customer service. I received great help and customer service when I called and talked to Ross. I am confident the issue I had is resolved. Thanks again, Ross!

Recently received my X Sight 4K Pro 5X20 and I'm impressed with everything from the scope mounts to the menus. I was afraid that this might be intimidating with all the technology, but the manuals and ATN's videos has really simplified everything. This scope is clear and the adjustment rings feel solid. My scope was ordered with the extra battery pack. While unpacking everything I noticed the power cord from the battery to the scope was missing. I can't say enough good things about Austin and Ross! Long story short, there was a problem with my order and then FedEx lost my package but the team at ATN made sure that I was taken care of and another was sent out. I've already sighted it in and it's like watching a television! The scope is clear, easy to setup and isn't as heavy as it looks. I can't wait for some night hunting at the end of the month! I'd recommend ATN to everyone because I haven't seen a company with the service that ATN delivers!
