Excellent customer Service! My QD mount worked great until I started messing with it with other scopes (love my Thor LT) but I ended up stripping the threads on a few screwholes...somehow. I emailed ATN to get longer screws to fix it myself and they are sending me a brand new one! Faris in customer service was quick to respond and handle my problem....Jeff Milges,Fl

Great experience with ATN. When I placed an order with a big box company I received it with items missing. The big box company wasn’t helpful, but ATN stepped up to the plate and corrected an issue that wasn’t theirs. Definitely recommend ordering from them directly! Ross Epstein was my agent. He was the easiest to deal with. He made me feel valued as a customer and resolved my issue instantly. 11 out of 10 on his customer service and eagerness to help.

Night vision mode is extremely clear at 25 and 50 yards and can easily see the lines on my paper target with the illuminator on. At 100 yards I could see my paper target well but not the fine lines. Possibly due to my error will try and go back tomorrow to maybe check the focus on the light. I'm using the 4k pro 3-14

My experience with ATN has been actually really great had an issue with the shipping at first but a few calls to their support center and everything was fixed and back on track I got my ATN 4K pro the next day I have to say it’s my favorite scope weather it’s in the day or middle of the night 100/10 recommend for any hunt
