I recently purchased the Thor Lt and came into screen freezes and blank screens. I tried resetting and stop nothing thankfully I was fortunate enough to come into contact with a rep named Will and he was able to start my process in getting my scope shipped for repairs. I am waiting to ship and await for repaired scope. I truly appreciate having Will help with my issues and shipping process. Thank you sir

Ross Epstein is awesome with warranty work very fast response . My wife is sick water entered the scope behind the lens while coming out of the woods . Hopefully she will get it back quick before season is over .

Recently purchased the ATN X-sight day/night 4k pro 3x14 and am pretty impressed with the daytime function. It was easy to zero, but did take more than one shot due to my own errors which were corrected (optic not tightened properly). I have not had the chance to use it at night time yet due to a bad IR flashlight shipped with the unit.
