I entered the restaurant where they advised, that the tables were all full. I would be a on a wait list that would take approximately 15 to 30 minutes and I was there since 9:30 am waiting. It was 1PM and still no table. Poorly organized.

super disorganized, two hours waiting for a table and when they give us the table there was someone, they left us waiting. they need a better service.
I’m am beyond disgusted with the GM of American social. He was so disrespectful with his professionalism. We are visiting from Orlando and the attitude he gave us, not to mention cussing at us and got aggressive and pushed a girl in my group. He used nasty language to us and told us he didn’t need our money. We will never step foot in this place again. He’s no good and tacky. You don’t need him at this establishment.

This place was awesome! The hospitality was extraordinary, staff was top of the line clearly this restaurant takes PRIDE in customer service. The manger ordered showtime for us to watch the showtime fight and made it a point to check on us often. There wasn’t just 1 waiter to a table this staff tag teamed the tables helping whoever need assistance and i commend TEAMWORK. WE WILL DEFINITELY REVISIT AMERICAN SOCIAL ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO MIAMI. ❤️
