I just finished paying my first and only visit to American Social only to be extremely disappointed at the hostess, shift manager and service. The place is half empty so I asked to be seated outside only to be given a difficult time as if the place is full. Upon sitting at an acceptable couch I'm asked to move for a reservation to a similar couch, not even 30 seconds later I'm asked to move again when there's similar tables and couches open.
