I don't have anything positive to say about this place at all. I have been trying for 5 weeks to get a new CPAP machine because the one they subscribed to me was recalled by Phillips. I have physically gone in, and called 4 times over a 5 week period and every time I call I have to explain my story over and over. Shouldn't a place like this make notes on my record or charts. I have been waiting for my CPAP. I called and was told I needed a new prescription and they will contact me. I called back and now I get a disconnect with no additional information
Worst experience I've ever had with a medical facility. My doctor referred me to them. They called in October and asked several questions. I told them I've tried a sleep test before and can't fall asleep in a strange room with wires attached to me. They told me I could take equipment home and perform the test there - that I didn't have to sleep overnight in an office. There rooms looks like a old motel even the TV is an old box tv from the 80s.
Horrible experience at this place. Sheets were nasty. I had a broken fan leaned against the wall for air circulation that made a horrible noise. Needed paperwork filled out for work and have been lied to several times. They charged my insurance $8K for a sleep study and no one ever called me to go over the results. On top of that they over charged ME and gave me a bogus number to call who then told me to call the same office back!
