Won't fulfill warranty, answer questions, or return calls. This company installed the metal roof on my home 1.5 (one and one half) years ago. Instead of removing a nonfunctioning vent (was part of the old stove before kitchen renovation), they cut a hole in the metal panel to fit it around the vent. There is now a large leak causing water damage to the ceiling in the kitchen. Robert has done several repairs on our roof that the original roofing company failed to repair. We spent 13 thousand dollars on a metal roof with all new wood etc. From day one we had multiple leaks which the installer company failed to repair after several attempts. Robert showed up on time and repaired all the leaks for a very reasonable price. Since then we have had him replace our 30 foot shed roof and many other projects around both our homes. These guys replaced my roof 2 months prior to my purchase of the house and have had 3 seperate repairs. Sloppy craftsmanship...who doesn't seal the valley on a roof?!?
Robert was quite responsive to our needs, he fit a repair on my roof into his schedule before a hurricane was predicted! Only problem was communication was not always easy. Quality of the work is fine
