Wasn't very happy to buy a brand new mower and get it home with a flat tire. Haven't even used it yet, had it only 3 days! And the response we got from the business when we called.........."well, it wasn't flat when it was here". Are you sure about that?? And absolutely no pre delivery information on the mower at all. And.....! It cost $120 for them to put the seat and the steering control arms on the mower..........nice. Trying to shop local!! Might as well have bought it on line.
The customer service at this location needs serious improvement. I was highly disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees who rolled in and started talking about a leaking roof while I'm talking with the cashier. Not only did he completely ignore me and fail to offer any greeting or assistance, but he also spent the entire time staring aggressively, making me feel incredibly unwelcome as a paying customer. They take 7 weeks to do work on my lawn mower no communication and my lawnmower comes back damaged and more hours than when it went to them with no damage and of course no one is responding to me so I would never tell anybody to go here sorry very unprofessional
