People working in the area the blood donation did a greast job! It was my 16 yr olds first time, they did every thing they could to make it a good and comfortable process.
I have a couple of friends who used worked there in the reference laboratory. They have said that it has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. It is not well managed, they let bullying go on, they have difficult people with behavioral problems working there. All this contributes to collected blood loss because of a poor work environment.
