Terrible customer service and skill level. They blew my husband's vein and then had to dispose of the entire donation. Not a great experience.
They are quick , friendly, and very professional. It's a comfortable atmosphere!
The recipients need your donation. However I personally witnessed an employee break from following aseptic procedure, reported it and was fired from my job there. The employee in question still works there.
Been giving platelets for about 2 years now. And before that donated whole blood. It really helps a lot especially the platelets. Please consider this and research it like I did before I gave.
