Had an appointment at 6:45. Got there at 6:35 and the door was locked. I range the doorbell next to the door and waited a while and no one came, so I left. No wonder there’s a blood shortage 😂
Update: I've had nothing but good experiences at this location for a long time now. My previous bad experience was likely a one-off. Staff has been great and all my wait times have been short whenever I've had an appointment. Old review: There is supposedly an emergency-level blood shortage and yet I've been sitting in the waiting room (by myself) for more than 30 minutes. What's the issue guys? We are volunteering - please act like you value our time. Update: I ended up leaving without ever being called back. I could overhe... read more

Staff is helpful and courteous. Location can be tricky to leave during rush hours and is kept cool so bring a sweater.
