Appointments always run on time at this location. The staff is also very friendly!
Second time I had an appointment with this center and when I showed up, They didn’t bother calling me to tell me they were having staffing issues and couldn’t take me! This is an absolute disgrace. No wonder people don’t give blood. What a poorly run location. The woman at the door couldn’t answer any questions couldn’t tell me why nobody called me couldn’t tell me why I couldn’t give my blood—identical to previous incident!
