They replaced the factory radio in my 2011 Acadia GMC with a Kenmore radio touchscreen we love it it looks great looks like it came from the factory I highly recommend them For any of your electronics stuff will be going back for another one for my truck
You put a backup camera in for us and broke the part putting it in. Left grease marks all over the headliner! We sent it back to be fixed and you rigged it up with the broken piece again!!!!

Curtis and his associates signed me up fast, had the car ready in half a day and put a state of the art Kenwood digital entertainment center and backup cam with Apple Car Play in my recently renovated 2002 Audi A4 Quattro. Everything worked perfectly, and Curtis even gave me a personal tutorial. Very competitive price and super friendly service.
On Saturday, American Radio Knoxville happily returned music to my 2009 Yaris!! After accidentally allowing my car battery to totally die, and jumping off the battery, my radio was dead. Resetting it did not work. While it turned out to be a simple fix, American Radio Knoxville fixed it quickly and very inexpensively, and they were so kind, too!! I have used their services and products in the past, too, and will again, if needed!!
We had a wonderful experience with American Radio installing an entertainment package in our van. MUCH better quality system (and more cost effective) than the dealership add on, and the service is top notch! Stand by their work. Thank you, American Radio!
