These folks ALWAYS go above and beyond to take care of me. They squeezed me in on Saturday and even after I had made my purchase and was about to drive home, they noticed I was having an issue and came outside and gave me a short tutorial. I will never go anywhere else for car audio!
According to the staff, I had to make some upgrades to a good portion of my stereo system to get the sound I wanted. Once I was ready to follow all their suggestions and get the install I was blown away!!!! I can't believe I have this thing in my car!!! I love the sound of my tunes and will continue to build and accessorize the system with this company! If I get a new car, it's coming with me! Outstanding work and customer service definitely recommend.
I stood in Best Buy for over an hour prepared to drop substantial money because my radio went out in my 2011 F-150. Couldn’t get anyone to help me or even speak to me. Walked into American Radio and was greeted immediately and asked “what can we do for you?” I was showed all their available models but not pressured into buying the most expensive one.
