pretty poor service – My goodness, where to begin. Well, for starters, I won't rent from this company again. We rented it knowing it was an older place, and expecting a few issues with the plumbing and cold. But the location was exactly what we wanted, and the price compared just fine with other places in the neighborhood. Well, I'll give them that. Horrible--Dont do it! – So my apartment flooded over the weekend. Big surprise, the firefighters that had to rip the toilet out said it was due to shotty workmanship and a rusty pipe. I am talking about 5 inches of standing water people! 3 days later....no maintenance man??? WTF! My carpets are starting to smell because the pads underneath are wet and soggy. You get what you pay for – This company gives you an extremely low level of service. They are very dishonest. They tend to pick incompetent property managers who cannot do their jobs. BEWARE.
