Went to store to see about a Stihl product availability. Didn't have it in stock but they ordered it for me. Came within a few days. Only problem was they charged me $20.00 more than what was showing on Stihl website for the combo kit. When I asked why it was $20.00 more than what the website showed, salesman said he would "look into it and see" but still charged me $20.00 extra, even showing him the price on website. One star reduction for overcharging and generally not caring. Guess times are hard for them.
Customer service was great.Got my tool in and out in no time
This is a very good company to do business with. Our salesman Buddy, helped us purchase a new lawn tractor .I would highly recommend this business!
