I've been a customer of AmPest for a couple years. I've called them back 4-5 times for ants in my kitchen and pantry. They have done absolutely nothing for my ant problem. When I called to cancel the service, my tech and his supervisor came out and 2 days later, my pantry was once again full of ants. I called again to cancel and my tech called and was very rude to me and stated baldly that I had an ant nest in my floor and it would need to be torn up. WHAT??? Never been mentioned before. We have been with APC for many years and have always been pleased with the service. Recently we had a problem with some bugs coming into the house from outside. Our technical is Blaine and he did a very thorough job of spraying inside and out. Now we are finding dead bugs and that is good.
