Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had This company is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with customer service wise. They overcharged me after I had been an existing customer for a number of years. I called to work it out with them and they were belligerent and rude to me on the phone but then agreed to correct the bill. unhappy customer Unhappy by Joanne - 10/04/2012I had living lawns come out to shut off my sprinkler system when the came out to do that they seemed to have missed that I have a broken sprinkler part.. (Not exactly sure what its called.) You would assume it would be a cheap part because it was just the sprayer part that was not spraying. But anyways I called them to let them know they missed it at the turn off of my system. VERY UPSET I was very upset with your company, You came out to give me an estimate on a sprinkler system. I bought your system and it hasnt worked all summer! I would be understanding if you were understanding and came to fix my system. But your trying to charge me to come out and fix somtheing that has not worked right since day 1! These people are a joke and a scam.

Poor service I have now spoken with this company three times to try to schedule a backflow system test. The test has been scheduled several times but apparently not done yet. I spoke with them again TODAY asking for someone to call me back to let me know when this test was going to be done. I still have not heard back from them. Guess I will be looking for a new sprinkler service.

Best Lawn Sprinkler Company in Illinois! The technicians at American National installed both a lawn sprinkler system and my outdoor lighting system and they were very knowledgeable and thorough and -clean-. Very very professional and wonderful to work with.

L. Newland I had American National put in my sprinkler when my new sod was laid down. They were quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Laury Feldman, who sold me the sprinkler system was very professional and helpful. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend them.

Best service - hands down! When we moved to our home, the sprinkler system that the previous owner installed (not from American National) was not functioning. After talking to a bunch of neighbors, they all said we really need to call American National to take a look at the system. All of my neighbors had their systems done by American National and are all very happy with their product and great service. The Best Service Of all the things I had to do to my new home, I was most pleased with the services I received for my sprinklers and lighting. If you are looking for a quality system with great service and professional and courteous personnel, then you will love this company. I rarely gush over any service I have had done to my house so this is the exception. You will be extremely pleased with the look and function and never have to worry about a thing due to their professional installation and maintenance.

Sprinklers and Lighting I used American National to do both my Lighting and Sprinkler system. They are honest beyond reproach. They were clean and respectful of my property. They were prompt to do the installs, and they thoroughly explained how to work my equipment. I have the best and greenest lawn in my subdivision thanks to them.A++ rated
