All of the people who gave this company 5 stars either don't exist (and I worked there for 3 years) or are currently working right under the CEO's nose. This company treats their employees like slaves and regardless of my personal opinion, the proof is in the pudding. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. The benefits and work environment are stellar. All the employees are intelligent, fun to work with, and passionate about their work. I think this is the most significant factor that makes AMD a great place to work. AMD is growing exponentially with a recent awarded $8 Billion MSPV VA contract and opportunity abounds for hard workers. AMD gives you what you put in; if you are willing to work hard and put in the time and effort then you will be rewarded. I was able to advance quickly at AMD and I am still constantly learning and growing professionally. There are plenty opportunities opening up with the company’s growth and management is very supportive. Working here has been challenging but equally gratifying.

AMD is definitely a challenging company to work for but in a good way. If you're someone looking for professional growth and opportunities this is a good company to work for. They hold employees accountable but also encourage the team and sing praises for quality work. They expect performance and line managers and senior management are very supportive to make sure you have the tools you need to get things done - all you have to do is ask. Worst company, people I've ever been a part of. This company is a joke. Let me begin with the gut wrenching morning 'standup' meeting. What a debacle of an experience. Whoever Jen S is must be upper management for AMD or she is completely delusional, or AMD paid you to write this pack of lies. This is hands down THE WORST company to work for. I have never worked for an organization that opened so many doors for their employees. This is the one place where you get what you work for. I find it interesting when I see reviews like below because I assure you that person wanted to work 4 hours a day. This is NOT the company for you if you do not want to work. We work hard - have tons of support from our managers and if you want to learn and grow the senior members of the team open their doors for you. I am loving the challenging and beautiful environment.
