Ok I should've listened to the reviews!!!! On was supposed to get furniture delivered today just for them to tell me they put it down as a pickup!!! I payed 800$ I want my shit, my sister ordered they forgot her box spring and took 3 days to get it ! My mom ordered a couch and it was a whole in the back of it because of the delivery drivers!!! Walked in and wasn't hassled or rushed by sales persons... I was able to walk around at my own leisure and see what they had as I tried out the different mattresses... Everything I wanted was in stock and available for next day delivery... Ryan was a huge help, he helped me every step of the way (especially with my thousand questions). I am happy with my purchase and will continue to do business with American Freight of Merrillville, IN
This place sucks . Horrible customer service forgot my box spring pieces of the end table were missing so I can put it together. Missing pieces for mirror to be put on . Charging that much money for delivery for you to bring in boxes . Y’all need to be shut down .
