My dentist Dr (A) was talented kind and professional. I had two visits with her at this clinic and my experience was top notch. But today 8 October 2025 I had a new dental assistant and she was rude and very off put by my presence. When she took my blood pressure it was sky high and she began to verbal berate me..... I got out of the chair and walked out. Why does the V.A always hire the worst people I never know but this facility I no longer recommend.
Best dental services bar none!! For you complainers why don't you access the emergent walk-in hours. I have had the best dental care to include a two crowns and two root canals. No issues, and no out of pocket. Be appreciative and grateful that you have access for free dental care. Good Grief!!
It is unethical to treat any human or veteran in this matter. They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls. They do not clear their voicemail. Now they can no longer receive voice messages because their voicemail box is full. Drove 30 minutes to schedule an appointment and they were on lunch break and would return at 1300. I’m glad they take good care of themselves wish I can say the same about patient care and satisfaction. And yes I will post pictures for fun. Do not reply with a fake apology. Left a dozen voicemail's in a two day period. No call back, and of course nobody answered. Had to drive 2.5 hours, round trip, to get an appointment. They didn't have an appointment opening for another 2 months, waiting for the outside referral to get my teeth taken care of.
