They never answer, or call back. The front desk should be fired.
I would never have tried VA dental if I hadn't been the victim of unscrupulous billing by One Dental in Gig Harbor. I'm glad I did though. Other reviewers are correct: You just have to go in to get set up. Once you do though, you'll be treated better than you will at any civilian dentist. Excellent work and the people there seemed to really care about the veteran patients. No one picks up.
My dentist Dr (A) was talented kind and professional. I had two visits with her at this clinic and my experience was top notch. But today 8 October 2025 I had a new dental assistant and she was rude and very off put by my presence. When she took my blood pressure it was sky high and she began to verbal berate me..... I got out of the chair and walked out. Why does the V.A always hire the worst people I never know but this facility I no longer recommend.
