Downey hotel The American Inn gives you the feeling of being in paradise with lots of plants outside and inside. The coe pond and ... running water is freshing. Glass elevators inside allow you to look over a peaceful court yard. The rooms are big and nice with sofa and chair to sit on while viewing TV. There was plenty to eat for breakfast.. Very nice accommodation The hotel is very nice and clean. I asked for a quiet room and I got it. The staff is very helpful; friendly and pleasant. I definitely will stay here again.

American Inn is great hotel I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM. From the outside it doesn't look grand but the lobby was clean and inviting. The desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great! Very clean and homey. Even the smallest details like the air vents and the grout in the shower were spotless! The room was comfortable with a nice AC unit.
American Inn Upon arriving this hotel had a friendly vibe to it. Off a main street so there is so much to do within walking distance. Very clean on the outside to begin with and even better when you step inside the room. Room is very clean and spotless and lots of amenities which include dinner table, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, cable TV and free wireless internet always a plus. And if you love to eat, there are LOTS of places within walking distance in any direction. Will definitely return soon

American Inn is Very clean hotel Nice Hotel and very friendly staff. Close to shopping areas. The hotel was located in a very quite and safe area. They provided free breakfast and free internet as well. This is a good hotel and would recommend people to visit.

Friendly, accomodating and nice rooms.â We stayed 3 nights in October. The room was huge with a large closet, vanity area outside the bathroom, and large table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable with high end linens. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful.
