Terrible customer service. If you try to call them you better be prepared to spend an hour on hold only to get nothing resolved. They bill you twice the price of what you can buy a CPAP online for. Don't file your insurance correct. I felt like I needed a defibrillator instead of a CPAP machine after I got off the phone with them. I was warned about using them but thought it couldn't be that bad. Yes it is.... I should have listened. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
absolute horrible customer service. delivered defective and faulty equipment. would not return phone calls until the prescribing doctor from the hospital called them to complain, even after that still no better service, still have faulty and defective equipment and still will not return phone calls after leaving messages several times for a period of 5 days.
