Stop! No need to look any further for a home inspection company. Jamie was very thorough with every detail of the home and great to work with. He was very pleasant even when I showed up towards the end of the inspection and explained "on my level" of some of the issues found on the property. Had the detailed written report within 1 business day of the inspection to be able to make a decision in time to move forward or not with my purchase. Job Well Done American Home Services!!

Unfortunately, not a good experience for my client. We had some issues come up after the inspection was done and their customer service to addressing my client's concerns have been very disappointing, to the point where I have to leave this bad review. It's almost as if they are trying to run away from the problems, I've contacted them several times trying to resolve the issue, on behalf of my client, who lives out of the country,and their answer always is, someone will be in contact with you, but they never do. I have used American Home Services for many of my inspections ranging from complex 55acre parcels with multiple buildings to simple neighbourhoods. They have always been very punctual, professional and do a fantastic job of calmly explaining their findings to me and my clients. They wear a nice clean uniform and drive wrapped company trucks as well not just a beat up vehicle with a ladder on the roof!
