In April of 2006, we expanded our business to include a Complete Pest Control Service along with our building inspection services, and we no longer provide appraisals. I paid over $500 for an inspection of the home we were buying. Nothing found at time of inspection. First night in home we heard RATS! So I went in attic, rat feces every where. Not one mention from the inspector. Human decenancy says you should tell someone that is paying for an inspection that there seems to be a Rodent issue. Attempted to call owner and discuss issue, he will not return my call. We are $6000 into cleanup so far. A very unprofessional company. Call someone else.
Failed to notice the time clock for our sprinklers didn’t work and that there was a problem with almost half of the electrical outlets in the house. Employ these guys if you’d like a half assed job done otherwise look elsewhere.
They are very professional and very thorough!
