In April of 2006, we expanded our business to include a Complete Pest Control Service along with our building inspection services, and we no longer provide appraisals. I love that American Home Shield can give two hoots about making my deal go thru, but rather, has a sincere desire to evaluate the property, thoroughly, for the client. Also, even IF issues are found, AHS will advise the client on the severity of it (or lack thereof) to calm their fears. A true, integrity-bound company who will always have my vote!

Professional, diligent, and thorough don't begin to describe JJ's level of work. He combed through every last detail of the home. He left no rock unturned. I have used other home inspection companies in the past and no one else comes close to the level of assiduousness and integrity with which AHS conducts business. Service was excellent. Was able to get inspection scheduled for next day. Prices were fair. Received report with video same day as inspection, very detailed. Would definately reccomend them.
