American Home Movers took care of moving my mother's furniture from an apartment to a senior's residence, as well a move from an apartment to the family home (for a returning family member). The movers were careful, polite, quick and on time. The budget was accurate. I cannot say enough good things about these movers, who assisted the family during a very difficult transition. They packed all our belongings and transported them to a storage unit while our house is under renovation. They used great care and attention to detail when packing our most precious items; our artwork and antiques especially. Once they arrived at the storage facility, they worked tirelessly to fit everything into a smaller unit so we would save money on storage rental -- and they did it, their packing smarts were a thing of beauty and saved us money!

As the parent of an extremely busy daughter I was faced, at short notice, with arranging for her move into her new condo. Luckily, I contacted AHM and despite having to juggle dates twice and cope with condo regulations, they met our needs with courtesy and humour. They arrived early on the day and conducted the move with efficiency and care.
