Very professional. No damage to anything and they had to take apart some furniture for the move. Before they left they asked us to ensure everything was where it should be. I would use them again.
Not cheap but worth every penny and I will definitely call them for my next move. Extremely polite, punctual, helpful, friendly. Very thorough job. I had some extremely delicate and breakable pieces that they moved without any problem.
They was good movers. They came on time and friendly. They was professional. They the expensive iv seen but great services.
I had a small move from vegas to NY and evetually everything got moved by them but I had a slight issue with communication with the movers since i couldt really understand what they were saying sisnce they were like from some other country or something but i workit it out in the end thankfully my neighbor understood them and relayed it to me
The movers were great, very courteous, spoke excellent English and were very timely. They thought "outside the box" and dealt with minor issues very well. The move was very expensive but it was last minute so i had no choice
In all my experiences i have found them to be both professional, efficient and well priced. Attention to keeping contents safe during the move was a priority. Always took necessary precautions to not damage flooring and carpets. Found movers to be hard working, accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
In my experience, you get what you pay for. I moved from a 915 sq foot condo to a house. I would easily do this again. The three movers were professional, polite and very personable. They really worked their butts off getting all my things to its destination. They took apart this monstrosity of a closet and brought it to the basement. That alone was worth hiring them. We went over the estimated time, but these guys were really working hard. The delivery was a bit late but all in all it was okay
This company is expensive but worth every penny - I hate moving and find it so stressful. They alleviate so much of my stress by just taking care of everything. I have used the company a couple of times and they have gone over the estimated time each time, but I think that is because I had them package some of my more valuable items and it took them quite a bit of time to do that (but they were packaged very well). After getting several quotes for my move I settled on American because they appeared to be the most professional and trustworthy moving company of the bunch. They did not disappoint. Dave, Andrej, Dwight and Dan were extremely professional, efficient and completely customer focused. I would highly recommend this company and in particular this moving crew to all.
