We received stellar service from American home movers. We could not have been more pleased. Dave, Junior and Cory were consummate professionals. They treated our possessions as if they were their own. They were on time, incredibly thorough, extremely friendly - absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You absolutely could not do better. Thank you!
I fell in Love immediately. The two new guys the next day were also great!!! They were courteous, had a great sense of humour and did and great job with no complaints. They took care of all our stuff and attempted to move a huge Captain's bed despite it being quite the challenge. It was only after my being adamant that we were leaving it behind that they were willing to give up on it. I would completely recommend them
American Home Movers is a family run business and is truly run with family values. They were very professional and took great care in moving our belongings. We moved on the hottest day of the summer but the crew did not let that affect their level of service. Thank you for making sure that everything was handled with great care and ensuring that my girls and I were settled into our new home. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
In this age of horror stories about disreputable movers, American Home Movers was a pleasure to use. Setting up a moving date was easy. Estimate was reasonable. They showed up on time with a full crew (and a back-up truck, if needed). The move was quick, efficient, professional and without any hassles or problems. As a group. they were helpful, courteous, and personable. Top marks.
American Home Movers seems to have a very customer-oriented attitude. When booking the move, they suggested a 16 ft. truck and I explained that I was very nervous about getting a truck that was too small because of two bad past experiences and they gave me a bigger truck to sooth my qualms. As far as I could see, both worked almost non-stop for the entire 7.5 hours without the long break mid-way that I've seen other movers take. They arrived early and for me this was great. They helped get my condo evelevator set up and started the move, they worked hard and took care of my valuables. We had to make a side trip to a locker and they help me with the side trip and quickly moved my stuff. Move into the house was quick and stress free. They even help place my furnature in the right places. They did a great good for us.
This is a well overdue review. Used American Home Movers for a for a move that took place earlier this year. As my sale/purchase was on the same day, I was a little worried about the timing of the move, but they made sure it worked out fine. The crew showed up on time and went to work. I would recommend American Home Movers and this team to anyone looking for hard working and extremely professional movers. All our items were moved in the same condition they started in and there were no damage issues of any kind to our brand new home. They were very efficient and hard working. Our move was complex in that there was an elevator on one end and then 4 floors (including basement) on the other and they managed it perfectly.
